-        ICC is a Mexican corporation that offers a reciprocal country club membership worldwide.  It owns the 4,500 acre “MONARCH Cancun” resort development.  ICC is developing properties to combine country club membership and shared property ownership as a unique method to expand the second home market.

 

-        ICC Puerto Aventuras is currently operating the ICC business marketing model in the 600 acre ocean front gated community of Puerto Aventuras which is located just South of world famous Playa del Carmen.  The ICC Puerto Aventuras division presently owns and operates 3 fishing yachts, condos, a medical wellness clinic and an upscale restaurant for its members.  It also offers condo rentals and membership sales.  ICC Puerto Aventuras is scheduled to build and operate up to 300 ultimate lifestyle condos sold with a lifetime membership in the International Country Club. 

 

-        Each owner’s benefits include a lifetime membership to the International Country Club (ICC). Owners enjoy very luxurious condos on the Riviera Maya and such benefits as free limo service to and from the airport and free local transportation with every condo.
